The Cayman Islands boast over 100 restaurants including fast-food outlets and traditional Caribbean diners as well as contemporary, gourmet and multicultural dining. There is a regular farmers market where you can purchase local produce at a good rate, although it’s worth noting that agriculture on the Islands is limited due to the iron shore composition and most food is imported. There are also several fully stocked supermarkets that provide most local and imported foods and cater to specific dietary requirements.
